Missing in the description: Very hard to learn - impossible to master. I see most gamers rage quit/delete before even five minutes have past. But...the controls with the hero's weighty jumps are simply spot on. And so is the amazing cave atmosphere. Simple. No music. Fast replay. Unfortunately no iap seen to get rid of the very mean appearing banner on the bottom. You know, where the replay button should be and not my thumb. Get it? Most of our testers where able to get fairly far within a day of playing. We ran a long testing period to lower the difficulty to a place our test group found challenging yet still playable. Glad you like the controls and the atmosphere. We took great care in make sure they worked. Banner ads do appear every other game over on the menu only, not during play and, as far as we know, they do not block any buttons. Every 8 game overs is an interstitial. We didn't want to overwhelm players with too many ads. As far as no iAP is concerned we had a game get over 500,000 downloads before and iAP to remove ads accounted for less than 0.5 percent of downloads. It didn't seem to be a high demand feature. We really do appreciate your feedback. It helps us going forward. Thank you. But not being able to buy out the ads might do it soon. And with only 49 people on the leaderboard, this iap will never come. Pity. Since the game is difficult enough, there is one really unnecessairy platform that is almost impossible to reach. The narrow (hero sized) one with those two higher spiked walls on both sides. I'm sure that some (relyable and caring) testers have pointed this out. Or, lol, maybe you're just too proud of this mean trap. And i'm still playing with my Bat Dude. At least until i have one point more than you. I've got the same score atm with 375, argh. Oops, dit it. 463, six points behind the leader, argh. And i died exactly where i described above. After a few encounters it get easier. Batdude is a great character. Looks like that score is getting up there. Nice job! It's made by a great bunch of devs. Billy rezn Well-Known Member Patreon Silver Mar 8, 2014 862 6 18 Male Coder/Keyer in medical ICD 10 Reno, NV #8 rezn, Apr 3, 2016 The world needs less cheap people. I know the TA forums have more people that prefer the option to remove ads with a purchase like myself. Either way the game does look cool. Happy to hear it's from some great guys. Good luck with the release. Obviously it's not bound to the distance... I forgot... Do those Bat-errangs push me down while i have the wings equipped? I observed this several times now... And some of those big one-touch falling platforms react like an icy surface, making the next jump more unpredictable. This isn't a glitch, right? On the other side, sometimes they behave very sticky, with almost no chance to jump off again. This timing window can be very tiny. Btw folks, this isn't an auto-runner. On stable surfaces you can take your time for your next jump. My main reason why i love this little gem...and being a one-hander. MassiveIndie Well-Known Member Aug 28, 2015 71 0 0 Indie Developer and Publisher Arizona, United States #10 MassiveIndie, Apr 3, 2016 The level are random but they get shuffled in at different distances. So each difficulty grouping adds to the list of possible areas you may encounter. On the same token the easier areas get shuffled out at a certain distance. Yeah, the bat-errangs and ninja stars are physics object so they can, at times, be a hindrance but they are cool looking. The dropping platforms can behave erratically when the tilt. If land on them causes them to lean forward it will add a bit of push to the jump and if the lean back the jump will have a pull. This is because the are also physics objects. We did our best to limit their title but it's still slightly present. We'll look into more solutions in a update. Maybe next month when we can add more characters and an IAP. Glad you've enjoyed the game so far despite it's little quirks. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
