I'm really not sure about this one. It requires a constant internet connection (which I'm fine with) but the thing that bugs me is that if you "switch out" of the app (no matter which way be it to change the brightness, check notifications, or switch to another app) and then back into the game you have to wait a bit for the game to "sync time". There doesn't seem to be an end date as far as I'm concerned. In fact it seems that the late game could be where things get interesting (you can start pvp ship battles at level 20 currently level 7 after 3 hours of gaming or so) Having played every other Kairosoft game (except the fish park one). I would say this one is the one most focussed on rpg elements with very little building options: 2 Hard Slots (upgradeable) for buildings on your first island as far as I can tell +2on every other island you unlock but they already have buildings on them when you unlock the slots) And it takes real time until they are built (25 mins for the easy ones) You also have some more building options on you're ship but all in all it's much more about questing than building: Most Progress is made by completing quests which is done by winning fights. So for the first f2p bugger (building times) Until now it seems like buildings aren't that useful so it's not a real paywall. The second one being stamina timer: one action like sailing takes 2 stamina (10 min recovery) but lasts (depending on how far you travel) between about 5 minutes so I can hardly see becoming it A problem /EDIT: Stamina cost (1..4) and building times (00:25 .. 02:50) go up pretty fast tho. At least max stamina increases with level but it's still scaling in favor of the cost ofc ^^ But I feel like lots of explanations are still lacking (some texts are still in Japanese ..) I've usually read the manual of most Kairosoft games or at least checked some stuff in there but this game has none afaik. So as of right now my characters aren't strong enough to advance further but I don't know how I can upgrade them efficiently (as for example they got 1 Level of XP from combat but 5 Level of XP from items, which felt strange..) I still hope it gets better in the late game because as of right now it's a sole single player game with all multiplayer options unlocking feeling miles away. All in all: if you like the "rpg" type of Kairosoft games and are okay with farming/progressing slower than usual in KS games give this one a try and big Sorry for my English ^^" Montanx Well-Known Member Mar 3, 2012 1,110 6 38 San Diego #16 Montanx, Apr 3, 2016 And with that...kairosoft was gone.
