As the lead guitarist of a Rock Band it`s our task to defy the Greek Gods and to manage that we aren`t alone but our Team Members won`t join us on our Trip to the Gods for free so we first always have to collect enough Gold Coins so they join us on our Road Trip through the Greek mythology. As you would expect it from a Game in the Clicker Genre the Game is seperated in different sections. One section is about your Lead Guitarist, another one is about your Team Members and their Skills and another one is about your Stage and your Fans. in those sections you can either upgrade your Lead or your Team Members to do more Damage per Click or while you are away from the Game or your Stage that does then give you Boosts that do influence all your Team Members or how fast/strong they do Damage over time and some other kind of boosts. There is also another section in the game where you can buy One Time Buffs that hold up some time till the run out and you have to either rebuy them again in the Game for Disks that you collect for different Tasks in the Game while you play through it or wait till you get those from Drops in the Game from stronger Gods. Of course those disks are also buyable for real Money aka $$$. Of course there is also a way in the Game that does reset it again and as you would expect it you get something in return for reseting your current progress in the Game. Conclusion: Ubisoft Rock Gods Tap Tour has for sure it`s own charm but as many have already guessed nowadays a Clicker Game needs more then just some funny Cartoons in it to convince me to keep playing it longer then I usually give those Games (around one hour!). Rock Gods Tap Tour is currently still in Soft-Launch so there is still hope that the Game itself will get updated with some interesting twists that will make it worthy to keep playing since at the current moment the Game just looks like another of the better Clicker Games without really offering something new in return that we haven`t seen yet on the Clicker Market. Side note: What is in my eyes totally akward is that Ubisoft hasn`t yet considered their Rabbits Franchise for a Clicker Game. Those funny Rabbits have the potencial to be one of the coolest Clicker Games on the Market if some of the Mini Games would get ported into the Clicker Genre with the usual funny results if we fail to hit a Goal the first time ;-) metalcasket Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Patreon Gold Patreon Bronze May 24, 2010 11,065 1,342 113 Deepest Circle, Hel #3 metalcasket, Jul 13, 2016 Out worldwide. indalico Well-Known Member Aug 25, 2011 660 0 16 ohio #4 indalico, Oct 9, 2016 I've played this for awhile. I think this is a gem. I feel the interesting part is managing fans, the usual prestige currency in other similar games. Keeping fans unspent will give a 1% money bonus. Spending them on stage upgrades loses some of the money bonus, in exchange increases the global damage multiplier that each upgrade has. The damage multipliers really don't start to shine until there's a handful of upgrades owned. Everything multiplies with each other so it's possible for large increases at a time for a simple 0.05 boost on a single item. It's got the usual walls. I'm stuck getting up to the 10th of 12 members. My current bonuses are 921x damage and 50,000% gold bonus. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
