You're selecting an action from a small menu, then a timer start to count down and at the end of the timer you get a reward. In between there's a lot of story, so while 1 timing counts down you can start the next quest. The isn't a lot of theme park management going on. Basically you unlock a building, build it, then unlock the next building by completing quests and leveling up. It's maybe not the most exciting game, but I think it's one of the better ones in this genre. araczynski Well-Known Member Oct 5, 2009 1,467 0 36 programmer omaha, ne #3 araczynski, Mar 16, 2016 was interested, till i saw gameloft. Why am I so happy right now? Why is this so fun. I'M WALT DISNEY RIGHT NOW. Really though, say all you want about it being freemium and it being Gameloft. I suppose this generation of children will be used to a mobile game where you will have to wait for something where people like me who grow up in golden era of you buy a game and then start playing for as long as you want with out all the micro payments and timers of today. Have you ever considered how much time the device put into making this? Your kind of people should just leave earth. Least they are generous enough to let you play for free, regardless this game will do just fine for the kids and adults, there's plenty to do. We all grew up with Disney, so have some respect for the creators.Don't like something? Better to say nothing, I'm sure you won't do any better. NOEN Well-Known Member Jul 31, 2012 3,245 0 0 U.S. #13 NOEN, Mar 16, 2016 This is honestly a pretty good game. Sure, it's the usual F2P city builder type game with dual currencies and timers, but it's got a TON of Disney/DisneyWorld fanfare and looks like it came straight out of a Pixar film. There's a few twists here and there to kind of set the game apart from other city/theme park builders, but it's not changing the game any. Anybody that has played a F2P city builder will feel right at home here. I'd say if you don't mind F2P schenanigans and dig these kind of games, it's worth a look and if your a Disney/DisneyWorld fan at all, it's definitely worth checking out. Like I said, it's not gonna change your mind about these type of games if your not into them, but for people that are, it's pretty good. Gameloft did an outstanding job on the look, feel, and even the sounds of Disney and the parks. Yea, I wish it was a paid game as much as the next person, but it is what it is. (There's gotta be something TA can do to deal with people rating games just because they aren't their cup of tea or are F2P or are too expensive or whatever. I know you can't honestly tell who's played the game and who hasn't, but at least for the people that flat out say they didn't play it and still "one starred" it. It just ruins the credibility of the forums and is annoying as all hell.) I'd recommend Castle of Illusion instead, the production values are great and it's actually a game with real gameplay which can be enjoyed by both adults and kids. blue rocket Well-Known Member Nov 27, 2013 541 0 16 #15 blue rocket, Mar 17, 2016 The game seems great so far, very true to what you'd expect from Disney! Graphics, sounds and music are also top notch so far... Closest thing we'll get to Disney Kinect adventures on mobile -- I'll take it!
