What are the future plans/timeline in terms of extra content? JoshCM Well-Known Member Aug 11, 2009 4,250 23 38 Game Designer Upstate NY http://www.crescentmoongames.com #14 JoshCM, Feb 18, 2016 I'll have to let the devs chime in on that one. Since its an open game there is still a lot to do outside of the main campaign. I'm sure they want to see how the game sells before adding more content yet, but we'll see what they say. midasmulligan Well-Known Member Oct 1, 2015 156 2 18 #15 midasmulligan, Feb 18, 2016 How does this play compared to Galaxy on Fire? My "looking at it from a realistic" standpoint. Crescent Moon, I don't know who they are or their past work aside from that massive RPG. However, when that released, I wasn't heavy into mobile gaming. I am now do to my work, living breathing woman I live with and way more convenient to pocket game from anywhere and still be hardcore with it. Regarding space games, my background is Elite Dangerous, Darkstar One Broken Alliance, Strike Suit Zero and of course the oldies Wing Commander, XWing. As of last year, heavily on Elite Dangerous. Too bad it's on my console and I can't take it with me, if I were able to, I wouldn't be here. Thus, I've been clamoring for a mobile space shooter sim. Don't feel GoF2 because no cockpit. It's the only way I can enjoy my space shooters. Anyways, realistically looking at this, I am gathering this is a small independent company backing this game with their own resources and income. With that out of the way, we have no.... Newtonian physics. You stop at a dime. No inertia to really make stuff interesting in dog fights. No pitch & roll (this I don't understand why) most likely its me not finding the control for it. Yaw is here. I wish SOO bad they would had a throttle stick here for acceleration and deceleration. WOULD had fit so perfectly with the cockpit view. ^^ But these are things they must have left out because they are a small company (couldn't afford it?) I don't know. What I do know, my subways I had earlier for lunch cost $7.99 and this game fills me with more enjoyment than that sub. TO THE DEVS REGARDING VOICE ACTING MOMENTS: When voice acting is playing - free us, let the banner showing the portraits and subtitles remain an overlay if you'd like, but allow us to interact with the base. Forcing us to stay there, listen and watch doing nothing kills momentum of the game. Let us freely move about, handle our business and listen to your wonderful voice acting as if it were a podcast. midasmulligan Well-Known Member Oct 1, 2015 156 2 18 #18 midasmulligan, Feb 18, 2016 So you can go through the main story without combat? Generally there are scenarios that require combat at some point, wanted to confirm that wasn't the case here. And that description you so kindly referred to, does it compare this game to Galaxy of fire as well? Must have missed that piece. Anyone not feeling particularly dick-ish, feel free to respond to the questions, thanks. odi0n Well-Known Member Dec 6, 2011 219 4 18 #19 odi0n, Feb 18, 2016 Last edited: Feb 18, 2016 I'm playing the first part of the game. I think you'd still have to contend with pirates attacking you as a miner. Cool. Ships have slots like Elite for gadgets and such. Engineer class is basically support. Going to play that one after I play the fighter role. Want to learn how to fly. The dogfighting is rather excellent in cockpit view I am pleasantly surprised. Really wish there was roll. Sucks I can't roll my ship.
