okay so played for a quick bit I'm level 5 now. first off this game is like zelda and illusia (gamevil) it's a side scrolling platform RPG. the story is you are a thief trying to rob something from the town your in and you accidentally let out a evil ancient spirit and it kills everyone in the town and you basically just start playing from there. the English is pretty bad lol "a girl is look for you" "everyone dead because you" the controls are pretty good just Left and right for movement a Jump button and attack button. you can upgrade armor weapon and your pet spirit the graphics are ok and music is good. for 99 cents this is a pretty good deal no IAP or anything
Thanks for the quick imps Hambo. I picked it up, but hadn't played yet. Glad to know i didn't waste a buck.
As a Metroidvania hunter/enthusiast I will for sure try this for a buck. Will post impression after alittle time with it.

I usually like platformers but this one seems unpolished and the 3D characters don't seem to fit well in the 2d world. Save your money and get "the east new world" or something else...
well I beat the story mode in 2.5 hours without stop, so I guess if you have great skill then you can beat it in 2 hours, there are also a bonus mode after you beat the game, which looks like a boss rush mixed kill numbers of mobs to enter next level, I will try to beat it later. anyway, this game is not perfect, but it is Great, especially it just cost you $1, here are the reasons why I recommend it: 1. there are 7 kinds of spirits you can choose from, every spirit have different attack mode to help you beat mobs and bosses, even until late game, every spirit still has there advantage in different way, depending on your play style. 2. the bosses fight are good, every boss has specific attack mode so you can beat them with your skill, with good choose of spirit, you can beat boss quickly. I really enjoy this game, it worth $1 absolutely, so give it a try to support dev
I agree with the above sentiments I got my entertainment out of my dollar for sure. The game lacks any real character or reason for progression other than following an arrow on a map. Combat is pretty linear I was atleast hoping for multiple weapon types with different movesets. I've for sure played worse exploration platformers, the best way I can sum this game up is the following: This doesn't feel like something that would be sold at the dollar store however it does feel like something you'd see at the next step up at like a family dollar or dollar general store, just enough to make is passable but not enough to make it memorable.
Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel Story line was ok. Controls are simple and easy. What I hate about the game is the map that I couldn't really figure out the exact way.
