So... I haven't said anything on this site for awhile, but have read every article for years... Wow, freaking epic. I ask, at whom do I throw my money?
Probably the best trailer out there. The aesthetics got me intrigued but the trailer got me persuaded. On another note, I think the Swedish are talented with producing retro titles; whether it be a movie (Kung Fury) or a game such as this one.
So far it's fun, I visited 13 rooms/areas and as you can see, there will be a lot more areas to explore. The controls work great, music is very chilly. But there is one thing, if you enter a new room/area, your character is out/on the edge of the frame so you don't see where you're going & you have to find the right entrance. Sometimes you got hit by a rock or you just can't avoid them when you're going down. And what about a reset button? I haven't seen one. Because if you don't get all the diamonds in a room, let's say by putting too many stones on a diamond, you should be able to reset & start again. Ok, I see you can use the bomb button as a reset if you're in trouble.
This is interesting. I had no idea all this resentment existed. All the more reason why everything should be universal.
It's not universal mainly because we hadn't released a game on App Store before so we had to start somewhere. But I've taken some time to cool down and 1.2 is submitted to Apple, awaiting review. It will feature iPad-support. And Hi! Thanks for ... well saying nice things about our game!
