Clear the app from memory, enter airplane mode, restart the app again, exit after 10 sec or so, exit airplane mode, and return to the game. Hopefully this helps? As a short term fix, sign out of GameCentre: settings > gamecentre > tap Apple ID. Will keep you posted. Racing games like this are adorable fun. Using a iPhone 6s Plus but since I never did anything to resolve Gamecenter issues with iOS 9 beta's I haven't had any issues. Maybe someday I'll fix the Gamecenter probably that plagued beta users and iOS 9 users alike. However for now I'm able to enjoy games like this that have issues with Gamecenter.
