Is it worth downloading, or does it make you dizzy? poopguy69 Active Member Nov 14, 2015 29 0 0 #8 poopguy69, Dec 10, 2015 I played this a little bit. It's a really trippy, interesting game. It doesn't really explain itself. From what I can gather, you auto-run through platforming levels collecting colored cubes. You move to the next level by going through doors. However, you are also sent to a new level if you fall into the abyss. I honestly don't understand how to progress through the levels linearly. But the game saves what cubes you've collected. It's just soooo weird. Very dreamlike. Not sure if I'd recommend it yet, but it's free, so go for it. H4nd0fg0d Well-Known Member Mar 30, 2010 1,905 0 36 #9 H4nd0fg0d, Dec 10, 2015 Absurd freak show. I love it for what it's not. Now, where did I leave that LSD? You control a man that is having the same nightmare for 17 years, where the only things he can do are run, jump and collect fragments of his long forgotten memories. The player has 8 hours (real world time, counts even when the game is closed) to collect all the memory fragments and find out the cause of the recurring nightmares before the character wakes up. The game is supported by ads, so if you like it you have the option to remove them by paying what you want from $0.99 to $2.99. This is my second game, so any feedback is greatly appreciated! I hope you like it! I already pushed na update but for now you can workaround the crash by turning off the sound in the pause menu. The problem only occurs with the 5 blocks on the image below: You don't need to bother with those cubes um until you grab all the green, but anyways, after you get them you can turn the sound back on and it will work fine. Terribly sorry about that! >.< . RHess00 Well-Known Member Patreon Bronze Apr 28, 2012 835 1 18 #14 RHess00, Dec 10, 2015 Last edited: Dec 10, 2015 Having a lot of fun with this game. Finally got all the red and now I'm working on the green. It took a while to figure out how the levels are set up but now it all makes sense. I just hope I can finish in time. 5 hours left. Going to pay the $2.99 to disable ads because I'm having too much fun to play this for free. H4nd0fg0d Well-Known Member Mar 30, 2010 1,905 0 36 #15 H4nd0fg0d, Dec 10, 2015 Thanks for clarifying. H4nd0fg0d Well-Known Member Mar 30, 2010 1,905 0 36 #16 H4nd0fg0d, Dec 10, 2015 Ya, the jumping is a bit on the wonky side. totsboy Active Member Oct 12, 2012 34 0 6 Programmer #17 totsboy, Dec 10, 2015 I'm gonna try to improve the jumping, I know sometimes it is a little wonky, and sometimes it fails if you are on the very edge. The green world can be tricky with the moving platforms, this is very hard to notice but their height may vary depending on how you entered a level (by falling or through a door), so if a jump seems impossible just try coming in a diferente way. (this is intentional, btw) Thanks budy! Right at the end before you go into the yellow portal if you're on the top walkway and you jump at the end you hit an invisible platform and you fall. Not sure if it's just me or if I have just missed the platform that's there. My eyes are getting old, but it's happened everytime I've jumped from there. RHess00 Well-Known Member Patreon Bronze Apr 28, 2012 835 1 18 #19 RHess00, Dec 10, 2015 Yeah. There are invisible platforms and I'm certain it's part of the level design. It helps if you have the level in the background. You can actually see the invisible platforms in the background image. RHess00 Well-Known Member Patreon Bronze Apr 28, 2012 835 1 18 #20 RHess00, Dec 11, 2015 I did not. I had one yellow to get when time ran out. It was pretty soul crushing. I'll probably try again tomorrow after work. I made the mistake of starting it at work today and wasted a lot of time being productive. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
