All good though as I enjoy your games. Perhaps a touch confusing for prospective purchasers? JoshCM Well-Known Member Aug 11, 2009 4,250 23 38 Game Designer Upstate NY http://www.crescentmoongames.com #10 JoshCM, Dec 9, 2015 I put in the description that this one is ad supported. I've found that adding 'free' after any app name makes people not want to download it - so I've tried adding the word 'zero' and in this case '!' Give me that premium milk with no IAPs please... # SuperFletcher64 Member Jul 1, 2015 15 0 0 #14 SuperFletcher64, Dec 9, 2015 Not replacing the paid version - supporting both No IAP - Just ads and they are pretty light. Plus you can skip them. As far as the paid version, it was updated this week too. So, if you already have the paid version you are still good to go. If you played the original and are wondering what is new here are a few highlights. -New graphics with dynamic lighting. -Lots of new levels and powerups including Jetpacks and lasers. You couldn't shoot in the old game -The biggest change is there is a playabel overworld like an older mario platformer (mario64). You have to collect stuff to open new aras and even find hidden secrets levels and items. There's quite a bit to discover and unlock now. You bought a game nearly 3 years after its release, but two weeks before its improved remake came out (even though that remake was announced as coming to iOS three months before it actually came out), and somehow that makes you feel cheated? GSport Well-Known Member Dec 1, 2010 50 0 0 Philadelphia, PA suburbs #16 GSport, Dec 10, 2015 The original version of Paper monsters came out years before the recut. You should not have felt cheated. It was just a simple case of bad timing. I enjoyed the original version so much that I purchased the recut version, as well, to show my support to and excellent developer. It is without a doubt one of the best platformers on iOS! GSport Well-Known Member Dec 1, 2010 50 0 0 Philadelphia, PA suburbs #17 GSport, Dec 10, 2015 I really hope they bring it to Apple TV! I'm not surprised the word free does tend to scare away the hardcore gamers like us. But I was happy to see this so I started playing the premium Uncut version from the beginning again. Damn good game. Mince0 Well-Known Member Nov 18, 2015 164 0 16 #20 Mince0, Dec 10, 2015 Agree sometimes a little game research is necessary. Though I do hate it when I buy a game on sale on steam for it to come to iOS not long after as there sometime not announced (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
