It used to be that the iOS starter kit had a special version of Hot Streak that was the only one that could unlock the full game. Now they changed it so that any Hot Streak can unlock the full game, I used a Dark Hot Streak from the console version. They also added IAPs for every skylander, presumably so you can have offline virtual versions of any skylander you want, but they're all $15 each.
