IAP per episode?... metalcasket Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Patreon Gold Patreon Bronze May 24, 2010 11,065 1,342 113 Deepest Circle, Hel #8 metalcasket, Oct 21, 2015 You and I seem to be on opposite sides of the spectrum today. I think Future Sense is awesome, while Beggar's Code is beaming with ideas but is just too janky to be enjoyed. Plus, this is made by the Sentinel guys, so you know you're getting pure quality. orangecan Well-Known Member Aug 9, 2011 2,000 150 63 #9 orangecan, Oct 21, 2015 I've just bought it on the strength of the first 5 mins of the gameplay video but I'm hoping the robbery Bob comparison isn't too spot on because I didn't like that very much at all..... sobriquet Well-Known Member Patreon Bronze Jul 30, 2015 1,216 1 38 #10 sobriquet, Oct 21, 2015 Is that "Beggers Ride" you're talking about? That game and this one are the two I plan to download later tonight. What issues are you having with Beggers? metalcasket Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Patreon Gold Patreon Bronze May 24, 2010 11,065 1,342 113 Deepest Circle, Hel #11 metalcasket, Oct 21, 2015 No idea how that turned out to be "Code". But yeah...it's janky. There are some really, really great ideas in there but the gameplay's cumbersome, super slow and there's something off about the platforming. rezn Well-Known Member Patreon Silver Mar 8, 2014 862 6 18 Male Coder/Keyer in medical ICD 10 Reno, NV #12 rezn, Oct 22, 2015 Thanks for the tips on Beggers. I think I will skip that. But surely getting this. As I just downloaded Sentinel 4 again after the iOS 9 update. Absolutely love Origin8. I'm more interested to know how far away these future episodes are, alot of people (me inc.) don't like to start something until the finished product is ready to go. Eg. I'm just starting Tales from the Borderlands and Game of Thrones now due to the final episodes being delivered. @Origin8 - Game looks awesome by the way, hope all goes well with the launch. ddw04 Well-Known Member Sep 29, 2014 77 0 6 #15 ddw04, Oct 23, 2015 Anyone wanna give some insight on gameplay? How is it what's it like? orangecan Well-Known Member Aug 9, 2011 2,000 150 63 #16 orangecan, Oct 23, 2015 I'm really struggling to get into it. Or to grasp the gameplay elements really if I'm honest. I've played the first few levels and I like the plot and style but I'm finding it hard to work out exactly what I'm meant to do. I fully appreciate that this may be down to my ineptitude though. Not loving it. The concept is cool, but the whole forward time aspect is annoying. You have to explode to gain more time so you can reach the further points of the level. Not to mention you have to waste time before you explode so if you're trying to take out a guard you have to waste just enough time to time it just right, which can be, well... Annoying. It's fun at first but losses its appeal when you begin to realize how tedious completing each level is.
