I'm downloading now and will leave imps later. ludka33 Well-Known Member Jan 12, 2013 217 0 16 #3 ludka33, Oct 1, 2015 Pretty interesting concept so far. You earn nectar for flying around flowers (which is the point of each level). You use nectar to buy powerups and extra lives. You start with 5, but lose them surprisingly easily. I would have liked a trainIng level with a couple flowers, since I'm four levels in and still don't have a feel for the controls. Of course, learning on the fly (pun intended) will cause death which will force you to spend nectar on lives.... As far as I can tell, you can't replay levels, and there's no concept of whether you got all the possible nectar for the level. So, replayability is non-existant. I know on level 3 or 4, I missed a bank of bonus nectar, but I beat the level so it's gone forever. Seems like a way to force you to purchase more nectar for more lives. Bottom line: I like the game. It's fun. But the pay structure and initial learning curve will work together to force me to spend money after only a few minutes of play (I have 1 life left, 10 minutes in), which means, unfortunately, I'll be deleting after a few minutes of play. Sorry devs, you didn't hook me enough to want to spend cash. I reccommend reworking the need to spend real money so early on. So you have nailed a number of weaknesses right there - I'm working on a new release right now. Particularly important is your point about "replayability". Incidentally, the idea is absolutely not to force IAPs - The intention was to make the game playable from start to finish for any player who is reasonably engaged - I'll work on that. The game does require skill - I didn't want to create another flappy thingy. It is something you can master and its not just a question of luck - Its not an endless runner. However, I see that this next release needs to do more to ease the player in. Anyway - I'm coding now, so any further suggestions are appreciated. I'm going to set up a page on http://beeingnewton.com to credit contributors that make points that get include - Happy to back-link to your projects if you make serious contributions. Thanks - WallyC ludka33 Well-Known Member Jan 12, 2013 217 0 16 #5 ludka33, Oct 11, 2015 I appreciate the offer. Unfortunately, I'm just a gamer, not a dev. Glad I could help, though. Best of luck!
