As for the game, great animations, but the game play looks to be extremely basic and uninteresting. henryfakesmile Well-Known Member Sep 12, 2013 354 0 16 usa #7 henryfakesmile, Sep 24, 2015 wtf..... a cute fun game like this don't have iOS game center supported? this is absurd , i won't download it even if its for free too bad i was gonna buy this redranch91 Well-Known Member Mar 3, 2014 202 0 0 #8 redranch91, Sep 24, 2015 The art style reminds me too much of Dumb Ways to Die lol sapphire_neo Well-Known Member Jan 20, 2011 3,934 0 0 #9 sapphire_neo, Sep 24, 2015 Picked it up just for the super polished artwork and animations, and I'm not disappointed in the least. It's a jigsaw puzzle game of sorts where you're rearranging slices of a video, and the video part of the deal keeps the game highly engaging because of the art, animation and sound work. The sound portion of the game is especially interesting because the videos are designed such that hearing repeated chunks of 3-4 seconds sounds more like quirky music. After clearing each level you're presented with the pullback of the view and you get to see a bizarre spin on the situation. The whole thing just keeps me smiling. All in all this is highly recommended for anyone looking for a cool puzzler that rests more on its presentation than the average puzzler. cloudpuff Well-Known Member Sep 12, 2013 3,600 0 36 lazy layabout uk #10 cloudpuff, Sep 24, 2015 The game is 510mb installed. (I'll count levels and rerun to edit) Easiest way to describe it is like an animated jigsaw. Initially, because the first half dozen puzzles are rather easy, I thought it might have been a game for young children, a bit like a jigsaw puzzle in the style of dumb ways to die, but after working last the lighthouse scene the puzzles get a bit trickier. Once each puzzle is completed the player is treated to a short animated clip of what the puzzle is about. Each new scenes seems to add a different element, like hexagon shaped pieces. All the puzzles are unlocked so to speak, so if the player finds some puzzles difficult they can advance and return to complete troublesome puzzles later. Completing each set earns the player a shape, and if you collect all shapes a secret world is unlocked. I'd like an option to advance to the next level straight after completing a puzzle , though the main menu scenes are charming, I sometimes don't have as long to play as I like and the load scene to the main menu, and then again to level, doubles the waiting time to play. As for gamecentre, it's a shame the lack of it might put a player off, all I can say is it's absolutey not needed in this game and it would be a shame to miss out on a beautifully polished game because of no gamecentre. Install size is high, it's the largest game on my device (monument valley second) but it will be staying on until I've completed all the puzzles. cloudpuff Well-Known Member Sep 12, 2013 3,600 0 36 lazy layabout uk #11 cloudpuff, Sep 24, 2015 A quick skim through, there's about 78 levels over 10 scenes, and then the secret world on top. azzamckazza New Member Sep 25, 2015 2 0 0 #12 azzamckazza, Sep 25, 2015 This game is an utter delight. Like Hohokum meets Looney Tunes. Some of the puzzles take some time to solve but its worth it because the animations are the end are just so great. So much joy!
