Im all in for a casual RPG right now, but i want to see how this actually plays. AppUnwrapper Well-Known Member Oct 26, 2011 4,062 3 0 http://www.appunwrapper.com/escape-games/ #5 AppUnwrapper, Sep 9, 2015 FYI, this game appears to have automated battles. You choose the skills and their order, equipment, etc. But then you just watch the battle play out. Exact-Psience Well-Known Member Jan 12, 2012 22,664 2 38 The Work-At-Home Guy Philippines #6 Exact-Psience, Sep 9, 2015 Hmm... I was expecting somewhat like OFDP or even a clicker-esque type of battle mechanic. If you still have control over skill and item use it could still be enjoyable. I mean i somehow do this with Marvel Future Fight too and i dont think it's bad. It would be fantastic though, if it was like the first Digimon (on the PSX i think) where they fight battles on their own while you can shout commands (which they would or wouldnt follow) and throw them consumable items. AppUnwrapper Well-Known Member Oct 26, 2011 4,062 3 0 http://www.appunwrapper.com/escape-games/ #7 AppUnwrapper, Sep 9, 2015 It definitely has a strong reliance on strategy. I don't know that it's personally my kind of game (might give it more time later). But you seem to need to pay attention and even memorize enemies' moves, weaknesses, etc and then plan your moves accordingly ahead of time. Once the battle starts, there doesn't seem to be any way to change the outcome (but could be that changes later? No idea.). I've beaten the first dungeon with 30 fights, but haven't unlocked this...am I missing something? This would be nice if it worked... Solarclipse Well-Known Member Jul 30, 2012 879 64 28 #16 Solarclipse, Sep 11, 2015 spreadsheet on enemy attacks Hey everyone...not that there's many here, but I've started a spreadsheet for tracking what enemies are doing each round. This is mostly useful for bosses, but also knowing you have a free hit on fungus and dust wolves because they regenerate, might save you from using a more powerful attack. I wish you could save different setups and switch between. Oh well. Not a big deal. Anyway, here's the sheet. as you use it, please update it and soon we'll have something pretty useful! henryfakesmile Well-Known Member Sep 12, 2013 354 0 16 usa #17 henryfakesmile, Sep 23, 2015 thanks! thats really helpful (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
