I must have every vehicle lol First will be the tank because I enjoy blowing stuff up! Billy NOEN Well-Known Member Jul 31, 2012 3,245 0 0 U.S. #4 NOEN, Sep 2, 2015 Nice! Downloading this one now. I'm interested to see how the free ride mode is. If there's no damage then there must be fuel or check marks or something. The video is awesome. I loved the part where the truck crashed and it flew into the helicopter and even destroyed the chopper carried it along for a bit. Lol. Billy hvianna Well-Known Member Jun 14, 2012 732 7 18 Male IT Analyst / Webmaster Brazil #6 hvianna, Sep 2, 2015 Oh wow, this is really fun! Played for a bit, some (half-assed) impressions: So, it plays a lot like Traffic Racer, with one-way and two-way traffic modes. You have gas and brake buttons and a horn button that makes cars directly in front of you move to another lane. Tilt controls are very responsive and precise, I didn't even feel the need to try the touch controls yet. The sense of speed is not so great, what makes it somewhat easier to play than Traffic Racer, but besides traffic there's a lot of other challenges to avoid, like road blocks and railroad crossings. When you crash you enter "Crash Time" and can control your car mid-air to hit other cars in traffic and score some final points. It's just like Burnout's "Impact time" and I'm glad to see this added - it's a lot of fun! @LordShad0wz, on Free Mode you can't crash, but you also can't progress on missions and there's no coins to collect. As far as I can tell, it's (really) endless and seems to be there just as a no-stress practice mode or maybe for very young kids. I also love the small memory footprint - it takes less than 30MB installed, something rare to see these days. I can see I'll be putting a lot of time into this game! LordShad0wz Well-Known Member Nov 19, 2014 4,280 1 38 #7 LordShad0wz, Sep 2, 2015 Hvianna, What's the IAP costs? I'm trying to plan out my purchases tonight. There's some awesome stuff dropping. But this game is at the top. I would want to get rid of the ads and if there's a coin doubler I'd do that too. Thanks for answering my earlier question. The no-ads IAP is $1.29 NZ which should be $0.99 USD. I would also love a coin doubler, because coins are really scarce, but I don't see any other IAPs besides the no-ads (Edit: you can also buy individual vehicles). Looks really fun. @hvianna - appreciate the info and impressions! NOEN Well-Known Member Jul 31, 2012 3,245 0 0 U.S. #12 NOEN, Sep 3, 2015 Sorry. It's been a lil crazy today with all the new releases. It looks like hvianna pretty much summed everything up about the game. As far as my personal experience, I'd say it was pretty good. It plays a LOT like Traffic Racer, so it was easy getting into the grove of things. I guess my issue was that maybe I was a little TOO excited to play this? I kind of felt let down a little. I mean, it's a fantastic game and all, I just felt like I've played it before a hundred times. The vehicles handle great, but they all seem to handle the same. The little jumps before train crossings are a nice touch and there are a good number of vehicles to collect. I will say that it's really tough collecting coins. A new vehicle costs 100 coins and I was averaging 1-5 coins per run and I had some REALLY long runs. With the game having a gas and brake pedal, you can drive forever if your good. I had over a 10 minute run at one time and had to wreck on purpose cuz I was getting tired. I know it sounds like I'm being hard on the game. I'm not at all. I just had really high expectations after loving Blocky Road so much and the fact that I love any kind of racing game and (most) endless runners. It's honesty a good game, just not great IMO. One thing I'll say is that if they had a "build your own car" and an upgrade system (I think there was an upgrade system) like in Blocky Roads, that would really turn this game around. That was the whole charm about BR. I'll still keep at it. I'd like to see what the second area looks like. I still give it a recommendation. Especially with it being free. I'd definitely like to hear some other people's impressions once it goes live everywhere. NOEN LordShad0wz Well-Known Member Nov 19, 2014 4,280 1 38 #13 LordShad0wz, Sep 3, 2015 I'm loving it! I got the A team ban on the first pull. Lol. And there's the shaggy van from dumb and dumber. And you can purchase vehicles if you choose. The coins are given out way too sparingly. You have to watch ads to really get a decent amount of coins and even then you only get 15 coins for a 30 second ad. It costs 100 coins for a random vehicle pull. I think they need to adjust the coin economy. I did pay to remove the ads. The games controls are ultra customizable. It's a fun game! I love it when a plan comes together!
