As you won't able to see some of the icons on star map even on my iPad Air 2 they are Very tiny. I got this on my PCs and it looks like a straight port from PC. There mentions of using your mouse to clear a windows that maybe open. The graphics wise they are not as sharp as they are on PCs so I'm left to think they not using the retina or metal but could be wrong. The campaign is semi railed in that you can go off and do some trading or raiding but of course to move on the story you have to follow what it instructions you to do. I have to say it's probably a lose/lose for developers. They try to port games to the iPods and phones also, but then end up getting poor reviews due to control and graphics. The alternative obviously is make it for the tablets only (ala This War of Mine, or FTL), but then they get bashed for that too. Personally I'm glad they released this on the phones/iPods as well, leaving it up to the customer to choose even though I'm sure they knew the release may get them some flak.
