Love the PS3 version, but I really don't like playing Pac-Man with a stiff DualShock 3 or a standard left-handed arcade stick. I'd play cross-handed on the stick, but then you need a second hand for the bomb button. If you enjoy games, get it! Note that I was never much of a fan of the original Pac-Man!
