When we designed the game it felt important that disconnecting a game wasn't an automatic loss - there are many reasons why you might legitimately disconnect (a phone call, important txt, losing signal). So we save the game in order for you to return later and finish it During testing this was great! There were only a limited number of players so every game was always resolved However, with so many people playing the game, people were managing to quit a game they were destined to lose, and then avoid that player - never finishing the game We've added in new measures to prevent people escaping their destiny and you fate is now sealed If you quit a game where the outcome is inevitable we finish off the game and award the Win/Loss/Rating points as appropriate We made a video to demonstrate all the ways this works: Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel We even resolved all the old disconnected games and adjusted everyone's ratings That shook up the leaderboard rather a lot!
