I was just about to try and figure out how to do this myself. Thought I'd share some longer in game footage to show how it plays. Happy to answer questions too! thumbs07 Well-Known Member Jul 20, 2010 916 0 16 UK #3 thumbs07, May 29, 2015 Good concept. Brilliant original idea. Cosmic Badger Well-Known Member May 10, 2015 79 3 8 Dublin #7 Cosmic Badger, May 31, 2015 Yes it shouldn't have a problem with iPad, I haven't tested it though on the first one. It does actually work on iPhone 4, it's a little laggy occasionally so I put that disclaimer in there Cosmic Badger Well-Known Member May 10, 2015 79 3 8 Dublin #8 Cosmic Badger, Jun 1, 2015 Thanks jellybeans, did you download it? Would love to hear your thoughts! DarkStyle Active Member Aug 8, 2014 40 0 0 Developer #9 DarkStyle, Jun 1, 2015 Now here is the thread about Cosmic Badger. Well, as written in the Upcoming iPhone and iPad games area, this game has high potential to be a really good platformer. Thanks again for the promo code! I really like playing it, but I think that some more is needed for being a success. I would suggest to add in the next update at least the background music and both landscape orientations. In addition I think that it is annoying that portals are not seen when placing them. It is a hard problem but I would try the following: put the first portal portal direct and show the second left to the finger position. One should also be able to cancel placing portals by moving the finger out of the screen. The colouring should be different from the deep black used for the already placed portals to see the difference. Just a suggestion from my side... Cosmic Badger Well-Known Member May 10, 2015 79 3 8 Dublin #10 Cosmic Badger, Jun 2, 2015 Thanks for taking the time out to give me feedback, I'm glad you're enjoying it Updated graphics and in-game music are pretty much at the top of my list to do. I'm currently exploring the options financially. Currently, when you hold your finger on the screen and move it around (while still holding down) you should see a guide line indicating where the opening portal will appear and ends under where your finger currently is. Is that the kind of functionality you're talking about? That's an interesting idea about swiping off the screen and landscape mode, I'll definitely consider it. Thanks for your feedback!
