This would be very appealing to me based on the developer, the game type and the lack of IAPs, but thr theme and the music seem over cutesy to me. I am not a fan of shows like the Family Guy and South Park, but these shows are typically aimed at grown men and women. To make a game in a cartoon art style geared at a mature audience is not a surprise. Not everyone likes realism and/or seriousness in their games. Dinos are a welcome change. To answer your question triggy, one thing is that you can capture the invaders and put them to use for defensive purposes.
