Ayjona Well-Known Member Sep 8, 2009 3,295 21 38 Freelance journalist and writer, amateur musician Stockholm, Sweden #11 Ayjona, May 14, 2015 Dang, what a shame this is iPad-only. I was hoping for a good fighting game abstraction CCG, in the vein of Yomi and BattleCON. But, given that the interface is considerably less complex and in demand of screen real estate some CCGs already available for iPhone (AC:R, Hearthstone), more along the lines of Earthcore, Solforge and the other lane-battlers, BlazBlue looks like a perfect fit for the smaller screen as well. Will we see a universal version/port eventually? baelnor Well-Known Member Aug 28, 2012 95 0 0 #12 baelnor, May 15, 2015 Last edited: May 17, 2015 Deleted wemakegames Well-Known Member Nov 1, 2010 117 0 0 Brighton, MA http://www.metaversalstudios.com #13 wemakegames, May 15, 2015 Hope you are having fun playing! I wanted to add a note- you can gain "Soul Currency" by winning matches but the game also provides you with two quests per day called "Bounties". Finishing these will give you more soul currency in addition to what you receive by winning matches. baelnor Well-Known Member Aug 28, 2012 95 0 0 #14 baelnor, May 15, 2015 Last edited: May 17, 2015 Deleted baelnor Well-Known Member Aug 28, 2012 95 0 0 #15 baelnor, May 16, 2015 Okay, so dropped $40 on it for the 50 packs. I must say, the value on your dollar is good. The game plays really snappy and quick. Very little downtime, constantly engaging, no complicated and unnecessary rules. I would fully recommend this game, especially if you are willing to drop a few dollars to get you started. First tip is to replace all the "practice" cards in your starter decks. There are cards with the same stats but with abilities. You get 8 different starter decks to find a character you like. I am playing Noel, she has great mid-reach attacks and a rally consistent chain reaction mechanism so you don't find yourself without good combos. The "epic" cards I have found so far are all weapons and look extremely hard to play effectively. So not too much worry there. Yeah, u can setup Scrathes with some distortion or Weapon (dont remember) that gives a real BOOST to this ability, but the card is Super Rare, i dont have it yet and is -5 heat -_- My real word for developers is that it would be nice to see some other modes besides Ranked ASAP. Arena, challenges or something like that with reward and competitive purpose baelnor Well-Known Member Aug 28, 2012 95 0 0 #17 baelnor, May 19, 2015 Scratches aren't that hard. There is the 4 reach card the adds two scratches "imma beat you up" and a couple of cat cards that reset reach. The 1 reach scratches is still good with the echoes. I am playing a heap of Noel. Really consistent damage and combos. Every round you know she can threaten 7+ damage. I want to get better at harama. I got one of his unique weapons. The life stealing guy is pretty tough, because he can finish you on 1 hp even if you guard wemakegames Well-Known Member Nov 1, 2010 117 0 0 Brighton, MA http://www.metaversalstudios.com #18 wemakegames, May 19, 2015 Thanks for the feedback and happy to hear you are enjoying the game! U can try and test it, alonside with a standard model of payment, and see what can bring more money. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
