This came out of nowhere! Anyone tried it? What are the IAPs for? VeganTnT Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Patreon Gold Patreon Bronze Jul 19, 2008 4,490 3 0 Freelance Entertainment Analyst Orlando, FL #3 VeganTnT, Apr 23, 2015 IAP is: 5.99 for different card sets - La Mame - Classic (The Resistance themed artwork) - Classic Cards Alternate (Kickstarter alternate versions of The Resistance theme) 4.99 to remove ads 6.99 for Spies expansion (allows you to peak at your opponents stats, I believe) 0.99 for 1,000 rep (used to pay for Ranked games) 4.99 for 7,500 rep 9.99 for 20,000 rep --- It's one of my favorite filler games. There is however a gameplay change to the Duke card: now you can only use it to draw 3 coins as Foreign Aid has been removed. The app seems decent enough but the way they've made it into F2P was an issue for me since the Kickstarter launch. I was hoping for something along the lines of the Lost Cities app. My username is "Dare" if anyone wants to try it out. pjft Well-Known Member Feb 15, 2011 1,082 8 38 #4 pjft, Apr 23, 2015 Thanks. I actually downloaded it and played a game. Unsure of how it'll part in digital format. Out of curiosity, with how many people do you personally play the tabletop version, and with how many does it work best? I have Love Letter as a two player filler game, had heard about Coup but didn't know anyone who would have played it. Cheers. My version plays up to 10 though it mostly gets played with 3-5 as a filler between games. I really like it cause it's light enough that I can play while setting up something more involved like Imperial Assault but I can also add in the Coup: Reformation expansion which adds enough strategy that I think it stops being a filler. However they need to rework the timers. Right now you have 10 minutes for every turn, which is way too long for live play (should be more like 20-30 seconds) and way too long for asynchronous play (over a whole or even multiple days). There should be more reasonable options. bigdaddytool Member Jul 6, 2012 7 0 0 #7 bigdaddytool, Apr 24, 2015 The game plays well and the new card designs are excellent. Definitely worth a look even if you're unfamiliar with the card game. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
