PeteOzzy Well-Known Member Oct 30, 2013 4,596 3 0 Norwich, England #4 PeteOzzy, Apr 9, 2015 It should be quite easy to find some impressions; the game's been out for over three years as this is a retouched release. touchy85 Well-Known Member Jan 21, 2015 1,616 1 38 #5 touchy85, Apr 9, 2015 well, its too early to tell. But people might want to try Zombie Panic in Wonderland Plus first, its free and very similar. Qwertz555 Well-Known Member May 22, 2010 2,318 29 48 #6 Qwertz555, Apr 9, 2015 Gameplay and art style looks very intriguing to me, but i'm definitely not quite sure if i could fall in love with that music, or if i simply find it horrible...? Read touchy's post in time...i knew it looked familiar and that i played it before. Hmm...a lot of titles today, wish-listed for the moment. L.Lawliet Well-Known Member Jun 28, 2011 6,405 420 83 #9 L.Lawliet, Apr 9, 2015 I absolutely loved the original. I'll have to look into this to see what the difference is. But I really don't understand your comment. The original game was free with a variety of IAP that let you basically pay what you wanted for various parts of the content. Including "one time premium unlock" IAP, which everyone is always clamoring for. I just don't see the problem. You can pay $17 to get EVERYTHING in the game if you want to. Or you could pay zero and still basically play the entire game, albeit with ads and limited continues. Or find something in the middle that you're comfortable with. Again, I don't see the problem. If it was simply a $17 game with no IAP, would you have even said anything? Would that have somehow been better than having it available in a piecemeal fashion? People wonder why developers have to create scummy free to play games, and this is the reason why. strivemind Well-Known Member Aug 11, 2010 2,784 2 38 Designer Ottawa, Canada http://www.strivemind.com/ #11 strivemind, Apr 9, 2015 Last edited: Apr 9, 2015 Sorry I think there was a misunderstanding. I wasn't complaining here. The first game was brilliant and highly recommended, and providing a full unlock was clear and understood. I was just wondering whether you got everything for the purchase price here or whether it was some sort of deal like the game was included but additional characters were IAP? Especially since I've seen cases where the app store doesn't list whether there is IAP until hours after the release. Edit: Just dug through their site a bit and found that the 3DS version is selling through the Nintendo eShop for the same price. AFAIK while the list of available IAP can take a while to show up in iTunes, the "Offers In-App Purchases" label (I think) is shown right from the very start, so that leads me to believe that this new version doesn't have any IAP at all. L.Lawliet Well-Known Member Jun 28, 2011 6,405 420 83 #14 L.Lawliet, Apr 9, 2015 I'm so on the verge of buying this. It's really "Japanese-esque" with the way they redid all the fairytales and designs that's pretty nostalgic for me since I last played it a loooong time ago. Sounds like the new version added wide-screen, better graphics, more effects, etc. According to the description. I'm just worried if there's some kind of grind to get all the characters since there's no IAP. It's completely worth the price at $5 if everything is fairly unlockable in the game. You WILL get used to it but....should you? #. What might repeated exposure actually DO to your pliable grey cells? It'll be quite the experiment...will we read of people eventually going berserk after repeated sessions? I'll be watching the news. Devok Well-Known Member Jul 6, 2013 220 0 16 #16 Devok, Apr 9, 2015 This is a really long game takes more than 5hours to finish. L.Lawliet Well-Known Member Jun 28, 2011 6,405 420 83 #17 L.Lawliet, Apr 9, 2015 Bought. Love it. Graphics are GORGEOUS. A vast improvement. New funny enemies, mid level cut scenes, and with a wider screen it feels a lot more fun. Scenery has also been improved it appears. Though it got a lot harder because you can't IAP your way out of death so you're stuck trying to beat the story mode (the only way to unlock characters). But it's just so much fun. Zombies are wacky and destroying the interactive scenery is lots of fun. I really recommend it. The tilt is the only bothersome thing but you get used to it pretty quick. jgeirge Well-Known Member Apr 8, 2015 290 0 0 #18 jgeirge, Apr 9, 2015 The game looks unique, any MFi support?
