Really polished and high production value I must add. Played a few levels and seems easy at first, but i do see the difficulty ramping up. Simple premise, destroy all piggy banks to get a three piggy rating. Use gunpowder to connect the explosive kegs and using the kegs blast radius. Granted very early in the game, I can see this being enjoyable. There is a "restore purchases" button, but haven't seen any IAP yet. For what it's worth, don't regret spending the cash, but I do wish it was universal. skylined87 Well-Known Member Nov 9, 2014 457 0 16 #9 skylined87, Mar 31, 2015 Please please make this universal! Looks pretty fun! orangecan Well-Known Member Aug 9, 2011 2,000 150 63 #10 orangecan, Mar 31, 2015 I took the plunge on this and like the others who have I've got to say I haven't delved very far into it but so far I'm liking it a lot. It looks great, really nice production values and I'm enjoying playing it. Unless it takes a significantly bad turn its a thumbs up from me. mzinn Well-Known Member Jan 5, 2014 770 0 16 #11 mzinn, Mar 31, 2015 I've got to give this a try. It has some potential. Looks like the puzzles could be fun & get difficult as you progress. Downloading now. gquiller Well-Known Member Nov 15, 2011 330 3 18 #12 gquiller, Mar 31, 2015 It says IAP, but why at $4.99??? mzinn Well-Known Member Jan 5, 2014 770 0 16 #13 mzinn, Mar 31, 2015 It looks like the IAP is to unlock the chapters if you don't get enough banks. So collect enough banks & you won't need any IAP. Banks are like stars in other games 3 per level & a certain number needed to unlock the next chapter. Chapter 1 has 25 levels & you need 50 banks to open up chapter 2. Seems pretty attainable. Hope that helps gquiller Well-Known Member Nov 15, 2011 330 3 18 #14 gquiller, Mar 31, 2015 Sure does help! Do you have any links you can share? I'm eager to buy this game, my only doubt is if each stage has just one solution. I usually find it difficult to progress in later stages if there's just one solution and the puzzles becomes quite complicated. macplash Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2014 2,645 1,103 113 Male 3D artist Munich, Germany #18 macplash, Apr 2, 2015 BigBruty, to correctly embed the video from youtube, just use the proper tag, like this: hdyoutubeinsert_characters_at_end_of_youtube_URL_here/hdyoutube RogueRocket Well-Known Member Apr 2, 2015 91 0 0 Game Developers San Francisco, CA #19 RogueRocket, Apr 2, 2015 Last edited: Apr 2, 2015 Hi there! Thanks for being interested in Gunpowder. Reviews are just starting to roll in, but here's a few we've enjoyed so far, and we expect more to come in over the next week. I'll try to post a few here if you're interested. IndieGameMag. Mostly just an announcement, but he seems to like it: http://bit.ly/1ak6GCM In German, but a very nice quick blurb in English at the end. http://bit.ly/1aiY9ju As for difficulty, we tried to make the game such that blowing up the main goal (the Safe) is generally more straightforward but getting all 3 "Piggy Banks" could sometimes be a tough brain teaser and rewarding. Please feel free to ask us about the game or give us feedback here, and thanks for your interest!(Sorry about the non-clickable links, I just figured out we need a higher forum post count to do that.) macplash Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2014 2,645 1,103 113 Male 3D artist Munich, Germany #20 macplash, Apr 2, 2015 RogueRocket thanks for the feedback. What I was interested in actually are the reviews for windows version. As someone already mentioned earlier, this game should be out for 2 years on windows but I never heard of it and I can't find any reviews either. Anyway, it's not a big deal because from what I've seen on youtube videos posted by BigBruty I'm totally sold! If nothing else, this game looks fantastic. I really like those LOST videos, I don't know what that stands for, if those are some sort of bonus stages or something. Actually, funny thing just happened. While I was writing this comment and watching one the videos on youtube, my son came here with "wow, that looks amazing, what's that?", so I explained to him it's sort of demolition game and he was just hooked up instantly. So I asked:"do you want me to buy it?" and after his:"yes, yes, yes" a just hit the BUY button and bought one copy for me and one more as a gift for him. Now, I'm a little bit busy right now so I'm sure he'll bring some feedback to me before I'll even get a chance to try the game so I'd be more than happy to share his impressions here later.
