I would be all over this if it wasn't for the mixed reception of Beyond Earth, which makes me hesitate until we get some thorough impressions. On the plus side, this project had significant contribution from Meier's himself, unlike the pretty bland CivRev (imo). I wonder if this could dethrone the excellent Starbase Orion too. Really like the multi-layer gameplay constantly being weighed. Part resource management part tactical battles. And it's all very very streamlined Filled with interesting choices! Should I send out/launch a few small fighters this round or just start laying into the enemy? Or maybe position myself more defensively? Getting even more pumped than I already was! Not great for a $18.99 game! icepulse Well-Known Member Aug 7, 2008 600 0 0 #10 icepulse, Mar 12, 2015 An enlarged iPhone that can't make phone calls....? That's some OLD chatter!! Are you going to start complaining about loud music, next, or how your bunions are killing you? "Phone calls" are practically extinct, at this point. W/ WIFI in every corner of the civilized world, pretty soon it'll be ALL V&VoIP. Oh, and my iPad (mini retina) runs 64-track recording studio software Cubasis. I guess the Steam people don't realize it is the 12th like it say in the description of when it will be available. No indication if it's limited to the more recent generations. I.e.: will my 1G mini run it?
