However, the website for this is really nice: http://www.cardcrawl.com/ and the presentation is top notch so I'm really excited for it Qwertz555 Well-Known Member May 22, 2010 2,318 29 48 #8 Qwertz555, Mar 11, 2015 There's a thread in the General Discussion "words in a game title that makes you not interested". Cards, Deck and Build are some of them But this adorable art style with these moody colors made me curious, and after watching a bit of the video (thanks touchy) i'm totally sold. It might earn a permanent spot next to Ridicous Fishing and Power Grounds of its as good as it looks to be. Misguided Well-Known Member Jan 27, 2009 2,346 19 38 #14 Misguided, Mar 11, 2015 This looks very cool, but the main draw seems to be as a high-score game, which isn't my thing. This feels like it is crying out for a campaign mode with different dungeons that have unique enemies, quests, etc. Perhaps for a sequel. ShaggyPKA Active Member May 16, 2013 42 0 6 #15 ShaggyPKA, Mar 11, 2015 I got to help playtest this a bit. Absolutely awesome game. It is a solitaire type game with a little deck-building involved. You get to pick five special power cards that get added to your deck. A lot of the fun comes from figuring out the best combo of special cards for your strategy. Can't recommend it enough. It scratches that Dungeon Solitaire itch I was looking for after they took it down from the app store. slothwerks Well-Known Member Patreon Silver Feb 8, 2014 267 19 18 http://www.twitter.com/slothwerks #16 slothwerks, Mar 11, 2015 Yes! Dungeon solitaire is one of the only games that has lasted multiple years on my iPad. It's still my favorite game to play when I have no Internet. Card Crawl is an instant buy for me.
