Each with its style and music! -Collect power-ups to go even further and break your records! The gameplay is simple: you control a cube inside a moving maze. When the cube stops at an intersection, you’ll have to decide its new direction. If you choose right, the cube will continue to cross the maze. If you choose wrong, the cube will follow the wrong path, and eventually remain out of the screen causing the game to end. As you proceed through the maze, the game becomes more and more challenging and complex! It's another super-hard arcade scorer with a pulsing soundtrack that sends you into waves of adrenaline as you progressively get better. It's a typical maze game with automatic movement, leaving you to choose which direction you take at intersections. It might sounds dull and non-interactive but when the screen auto-scrolls and you panic, you die. You have to anticipate a few moves ahead, reminiscent of Pac-Man CE DX, where you would spark along the wall when you had already tapped for the next move. Sometimes, you'll send yourself down the wrong path and immediately down another in confusion but recovering is so satisfying. It's very simple and may not appeal to some but there's a cool twitch game here. There's an unlock IAP for 99c that lets you keep earned XP and remove ads (which are full-screen between games. Annoying, but hardly a reason to complain when you have the means to remove them). There are, unfortunately, consumable energy IAPs that let you restart a game from death, so rather Pay2Win but that seems to only apply the basic game mode. Minimal mode removes this option and there's an upcoming Extreme mode which sounds amazing! Overall, another great game this year and an indie developer that's going on my watchlist. metalcasket Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Patreon Gold Patreon Bronze May 24, 2010 11,065 1,342 113 Deepest Circle, Hel #3 metalcasket, Feb 4, 2015 Consumables? :/ Godamnit. It's still fun. I had such high hopes for it and it didn't quite turn out how I envisioned it would be though... cloudpuff Well-Known Member Sep 12, 2013 3,600 0 36 lazy layabout uk #9 cloudpuff, Feb 4, 2015 Almost missed this, the consumables don't sound as bad they could so I'm not gonna let that out me off, plus, I know that my gamecentre friends don't do consumables so when I kick all their arses it's legit haha coolpepper43 ð® Spam Police ð Aug 31, 2012 4,615 7 38 On the toilet #10 coolpepper43, Feb 5, 2015 Only .99 for pro. This gets rid of ads and allows you to save your experience points. Also you get more energy as you play because you get a bunch of energy when you level up I guess. As long as there is a limit to how many continues you can do in a game I might buy it. The energy buys continues. paulkane Well-Known Member Sep 6, 2012 1,102 0 36 Library automaton Denver #11 paulkane, Feb 5, 2015 It does look cool in the trailer, but the controls are wonky. I'm not sure I care so much about the power upgrades and green dots either. I just wanted to get further in the maze, but half the time I ended up going the complete wrong direction. Bah! bearcav Member Oct 17, 2013 22 0 0 #12 bearcav, Feb 5, 2015 Hmmmmm. This looks a little mixed. I like the art style in-game, and I'd honestly jump at a cheaper game with nothing but a good aesthetic, but I really can't stand the sorta-Tempest font. It really doesn't fit, it looks off... or rushed... Just not thought-through enough. Yeah, I know, this is nitpicking, but personally it's important. Just trying to look ahead for the right path takes enough quick reaction. I do try to avoid the red dots though. And the first of the three power-ups helps when you're about to die if you can react in time. I'll spend some more time practicing for sure. That sounds like a challenge to me! Edit: It would be nice to have a leaderboard button in the game. As it is now you have to leave the game and check in Game Center. henryfakesmile Well-Known Member Sep 12, 2013 354 0 16 usa #14 henryfakesmile, May 25, 2015 been playing it for months and i still don't get whats the exp for? henryfakesmile Well-Known Member Sep 12, 2013 354 0 16 usa #15 henryfakesmile, May 26, 2015 no one ever play this game anymore? henryfakesmile Well-Known Member Sep 12, 2013 354 0 16 usa #16 henryfakesmile, May 26, 2015 ???? henryfakesmile Well-Known Member Sep 12, 2013 354 0 16 usa #17 henryfakesmile, May 30, 2015 ??????
