You get to control what your knight wears from loot drops and can even combine two pieces of loot to create an even better piece. Other than that you just watch your guy attack with the only control being what potion you will use (health, defense,etc). So I guess if you like to watch a game and not really play it then this is the game for you. Not my thing I guess. Add potions to your equipment until it's stats are maxed. Damage dealt is attack-defense. So that makes defense far more viable than life. Critical is based on your luck, but I didn't seem to get that many more criticals at 250 luck as compared to 150. So just focus on attack and defense mostly. And the elemental system is also super simple. Fire weapons deals more to ice enemies. And ice weapons deal more to fire enemies. There is no negative effects of having elemental weapons. That is it. The end of the game. After you beat you first fire enemy that you have done everything that game has to offer. As others explained, you do not control your knight, he just goes through and whacks the mobs. You get a sword, a shield, and two accessories. What makes the game so fun is crafting and finding new items. You can use potions to up the stats on an item. Items can have 2 stats, I do not believe you can change the first one but you can change the second stat if you combine a different stat to the item. So if you had a necklace that was health/defense then you added luck to it, it would become health/luck. The element on your sword effects the multiplier towards the enemy. Currently there is fire, ice and standard. If you use a ice sword on a fire mob it will deal more damage. If you use a fire sword on an ice mob, it will do more damage. Your shield element affects the damage done to you in the same way. If you have a fire enchanted shield, then when an ice mob hits you, it will do more damage. So yeah, the game is simple and short but such a fun game. I definitely recommend it if you like finding new loot like in diablo etc. hopefully this game gets some expansion. I like it so much that I will be making a new character and doing stats a bit different. I too am having the same issue. I am one fight from being level 21 so when I finish a battle it locks up. Also, it is too bad that you cannot have multiple save files. I like the amount of loot in the game, sadly though the game is short. For those who don't know, the skeleton king is the last boss, and I also get the freeze when I max out level 20.
