There isn't a lot of control offered in the "on-rails" dragon attack part of the battles but the skill comes in with your choice of dragons and when to use them. The game does have one currency type that is used to speed building up and grant earlier access to certain things. And of course this currency can be bought with real money. You will earn some of this currency but at a rather slow rate compared to what things cost. However, the game is easily playable without spending any of that currency. The collection of dragons you can acquire is staggering and you unlock them at a decent rate through the first part of the game. Once you've leveled up to 10 and beyond the game slows a bit as many upgrades take up to 12 hours to complete. Fortunately the teamplay aspects of the game keep things interesting as you compete with teammates to knock out an enemy defense. There is only a small timer on dragon healing that generally takes just a few minutes so you can do battles almost endlessly. You are even offered the chance to play the defender once in while when either you or your teammates bases are attacked. Generally base defense is left to the AI but when you jump in you can assign powerups and queue special attacks to help defeat the attacking dragons. rod- Well-Known Member Dec 12, 2012 77 0 6 #6 rod-, Jul 22, 2015 This game received a massive update that has made the quality of life a lot better: faster load times and better interface for attacks, more endgame dragons, and more bug fixes than can be named. The game is receiving a lot of long term development attention and does a great job of balancing income with fairness. The event schedule is doing a good job of keeping people engaged and excited even when the game itself can become heavily grindy later on. I'm super addicted and I think more people on TA would like it if they gave it a shot. How many other RPG railshooters are there? Been playing it for about 3 months now and made it to the top league. Definitely some fun times to be had. Wish my guild was more active though. FiloMJ Well-Known Member May 16, 2015 1,407 22 38 Male #10 FiloMJ, Aug 30, 2016 Downloading (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
