Knowing my luck, not lol. pluto6 Well-Known Member Jun 21, 2009 5,837 3 38 Military #2 pluto6, Aug 1, 2014 Original was / is and incredible game. As mentioned in another thread, it is likely this is free as a way to keep all the people that bought the original Super Crossfire happy since this is being released under a different developer - although my understanding this is a new game. Radian Games is an excellent developer that really puts out quality products. This is a must get for free. He has a number of other games on the app store - all of which are high quality games and all discounted for a short time. First off... THANK YOU for making the game free for a day so that those of us who purchased one or both of the previous versions could have a chance to upgrade for free. Unnecessary, but very respectable thing to do. Now... I haven't played this game in a long time, so I'm not too sure what all content is new, but the gameplay, with a MOGA... Holy CRAP! it's awesome playing this with a controller. I haven't had the chance until now, and it's great. The widescreen support looks fantastic as well. Really great playing through this again. =oD redribbon Well-Known Member Jun 11, 2010 2,799 53 48 entepreanur, programmer #9 redribbon, Aug 2, 2014 The Gameplay: Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel Exact-Psience Well-Known Member Jan 12, 2012 22,664 2 38 The Work-At-Home Guy Philippines #10 Exact-Psience, Aug 2, 2014 Yup... the game is as fantastic as ever, and better. ironsam80 Well-Known Member Dec 14, 2010 1,151 34 48 #11 ironsam80, Aug 2, 2014 ^This CecilMcW00t Well-Known Member Jan 27, 2012 297 0 16 #12 CecilMcW00t, Aug 3, 2014 This is a beautifully made game. It's an exceptionally great shooter. I enjoyed it enough to throw the dev a bone and grab Inferno+. Now that game is amazing too ... I'm thinking I need to buy another while the sale is on. I'm thinking of getting Joyjoy... Though a couple others seem interesting too. CecilMcW00t Well-Known Member Jan 27, 2012 297 0 16 #15 CecilMcW00t, Aug 3, 2014 I own all those games you mentioned. You really can't go wrong. Joy Joy is totally awesome. I never got too engrossed playing these games unless they had a story and fancy detailed graphics but this is just beautiful and it plays well. AND it's only 40~mb. I'll be keeping this. I'm curious what's the added content since I never played the original. Obviously, "don't die"... but some balancing tips on where to put power points (or whatever they are called)... which level works best... are top scores maxed out on the unlockables? Whatever the case, this has crept into my roster of games I'm playing this week. Such a solid game. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
