I'm not sure what all constitutes the medal you earn. I'm guessing stars, enemies killed and maybe time taken? Thanks! Well, Red Ball is indeed quite different to Cover Orange. It is more a Jump'n'Run game and you need to take advantage of physics. Mario with balls
