Places filled with danger and foreboding where no ordinary man would dare to journey. However, there are a few who are willing to risk death in the name of good, in the name of justice, in the name of.. valuable loot! Hack, Slash, Loot is a single-player turn-based dungeon crawler. Take control of a lone hero and explore sprawling dungeons, fight dangerous monsters, and most importantly, plunder valuable treasures. It's a decent, simple roguelike with slightly too much reliance on RNG. Definitely worth picking up for the fans though! It's definitely a flawed game and I don't think it will be for everyone but I love it despite that Exact-Psience Well-Known Member Jan 12, 2012 22,664 2 38 The Work-At-Home Guy Philippines #6 Exact-Psience, Apr 30, 2014 Sorry i didnt mean Knights of Pen and Paper... I meant the original RPGs played with a pen, and on paper, together with d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20 (etc.) dice like in Dungeons and Dragons or Macross. PeteOzzy Well-Known Member Oct 30, 2013 4,596 3 0 Norwich, England #7 PeteOzzy, Apr 30, 2014 Haha, sorry lol! Definitely not as complex as that then - I would desperately love to see something with that kind of depth on iOS, especially with a roguelike formula! Here is his answer: Sounds pretty solid to me since it`s usually that you have to cut a little bit out of the Game because of the different Control System (Tab instead of Mouse) to fit better the Tablets. Its a damn fun game though. Ben! Well-Known Member Aug 31, 2009 449 2 18 Chicago, IL #14 Ben!, Apr 30, 2014 I've got this on Steam. Definitely a good game. Fairly simple for a roguelike but not really shallow or anything. I'll be buying it tonight. pka4916 Well-Known Member Jun 6, 2009 2,584 0 36 Male Wisconsin #15 pka4916, Apr 30, 2014 This looks tiny for an Ipad... does it come with a magnifier? Also, annoyingly, the later classes are often just better in all ways. To me, thinking of games like Cardinal Quest 2, I prefer it when all classes have at least something unique to offer and are still viable once other classes are unlocked. The game seems great so far although I only played a few mins on my mini retina I can tell that I will be pouring a good few hours into this already. Very playable on mini ipad (retina). I love the GUI. I mean, as I recall, what is the difference between the Archer and the Wizard other than one is firing arrows and another firing magic bolts otherwise playing near identically?
