From the dev that gave us the fantastic Vector. Will give this a try. Definitely looks beautiful and the cutscenes are very well drawn. oooooomonkey Well-Known Member Jan 15, 2011 6,307 0 0 Forge World #4 oooooomonkey, Apr 1, 2014 Wow just played a few rounds and I'm not a fan of fighters but if you played vector HD (other game by these devs) you'll know how smooth their animations are, this looks and plays very nice. Feels almost like a modern day karate champ with a bit of mortal kombat mixed in. It's free2play so know doubt things will be over priced so you have to grind or pay up but I didn't mind that in vector so I'll stick with this for a while as it plays so nice. Well worth a download for nothing anyway. Edit. It's handy being part Canadian, part kiwi, part Japanese, part English and a little American TheFrost Well-Known Member Nov 18, 2010 5,772 0 0 #5 TheFrost, Apr 1, 2014 Im also part Suomi, part German and half Australian xD redribbon Well-Known Member Jun 11, 2010 2,799 53 48 entepreanur, programmer #6 redribbon, Apr 1, 2014 best fighting animation? agreed! asd1234 Well-Known Member Mar 30, 2014 454 0 16 #7 asd1234, Apr 1, 2014 Last edited: Apr 1, 2014 i looked at version history...and the game was released last year ... why not worldwide yet? edit: i tried the game. good graphics, bad gameplay ... the joystick dosent respond well, the character you controll is moving really slow, not fluid moves ... As stated by ooooooooooooooomonkey earlier, this is more of an "old school" arcade fighter like Karate Champ, so those that have fond memories of that game, or like iOS games such as Zanshin, will probably like this game. redribbon Well-Known Member Jun 11, 2010 2,799 53 48 entepreanur, programmer #17 redribbon, Apr 2, 2014 this is true, in fact the controls are responsive and it was intended to be more tactical rather than super fast action like street fighter or kof(which is also my favourite). oooooomonkey Well-Known Member Jan 15, 2011 6,307 0 0 Forge World #18 oooooomonkey, Apr 2, 2014 This game is truly brilliant, the more I play it the more I'm loving it, just like karate champ when you start to learn the moves and play tactically (instead of just mashing the buttons) it gets much better. For free to play it's pretty cool to as it hasn't pressured me into buying anything yet. bigrand1 Well-Known Member Apr 23, 2010 4,968 7 38 Geriatric Party Animal California, USA #19 bigrand1, Apr 2, 2014 I agree with you! Would like an option for blood, though. I just like that. And some finishing moves where you stab your opponent and impale him on your weapon and whatnot. But nobody addressed the question as to when this will have a general release! Sup? Anyone know? NOEN Well-Known Member Jul 31, 2012 3,245 0 0 U.S. #20 NOEN, Apr 2, 2014 I LOVE this game. Seriously. I wanna take it out on a date to a fancy restaurant, then be exclusive for a year or so before I give it a key to my house, then I'm gonna give it it's own drawer in the bedroom where we will stay like that for another few months before I decide to pop the question. Then we'll get married and have little Shadow Fight 2 babies. THATS how much I love this game. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
