Very cool game, awesome art and atmosphere. The game plays great, just hoping it doesn't get too repetitive.

But decided to give it a try and maybe I just have lower standards for what entails good performance, but the game performs excellently on my iPhone 4. Slight lag here and there, but not common and definitely not game-breaking Avatre Well-Known Member Apr 30, 2013 416 0 16 #7 Avatre, Dec 19, 2013 I like the look of this, but it seems like it might be quite short? steveruy Well-Known Member Jul 27, 2011 101 0 0 Comic book guy/ game creator/director NY #8 steveruy, Dec 19, 2013 As long as you unlock all the moves and don't get stuck playing Easy mode, you should be fine. I only play on Hard myself, easy and normal are too boring. Thinking of adding a new difficulty mode, but I should give players time to master the basics first. steveruy Well-Known Member Jul 27, 2011 101 0 0 Comic book guy/ game creator/director NY #9 steveruy, Dec 19, 2013 Are you playing on the first gen iphone 4? As long as the device has 512 MB of memory, it should be ok, but I dropped support for the iphone 4 because the framerate was too choppy. iPod 5, iPhone 4s, and iPad2 are the lowest end devices I would recommend to keep it stable at 60 fps. Shouldnt you be doing something about that instead of just suggesting the hard mode? steveruy Well-Known Member Jul 27, 2011 101 0 0 Comic book guy/ game creator/director NY #11 steveruy, Dec 19, 2013 Yup, it's short. I'm able to beat it at all difficulties in about 4 hours, I suppose the average gamer will be able to do it in about 5 or so comfortably. Anything longer and the game might wear out its welcome. There's still the bonus Mission Mode though, which we'll add in an update (couldn't get it out in time for XMas unless we dropped Mission Mode for the initial release). If you wanna level up to max, it'll probably take you double or triple that time, but you'll probably get bored with the game long before that. You don't see too many of them. steveruy Well-Known Member Jul 27, 2011 101 0 0 Comic book guy/ game creator/director NY #13 steveruy, Dec 19, 2013 I mean it's too easy for me. I like harder difficulties like Master Ninja difficulty in Ninja Gaiden. Keeps me on my toes. If I did that with Normal Mode in Oasis, I would probably get a lot of complaints that the game is too hard. A little thing that annoys me though is attacks gets buffered when I get knocked back. Like tap > enemy hits me> knocked back > recover > attack animation. Maybe you could have it buffer only when closer to landing? Exact-Psience Well-Known Member Jan 12, 2012 22,664 2 38 The Work-At-Home Guy Philippines #19 Exact-Psience, Dec 20, 2013 Same here. Great job, I will buy it right now to support the dev, this is a beautiful idea and a great piece of art! (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
