The "Director's Cut" implies a remake, but I wasn't aware that there was an original. Loved the cartoon as a kid, though. Is this any good? And most importantly, does it have the theme tune? biokid Well-Known Member Jul 11, 2013 931 0 0 Wop Wops #7 biokid, Nov 26, 2013 This is not a remake. The "Director's Cut" is used to distinguish between the paid and free version of the game (Paid is the Director's Cut version). The free version has IAP (highly likely to be IAP for unlocking full game). Yes, it has the theme tune (in English) if you play in other language other than French and in French if your native language is French. You have options to choose language in the main menu. The game appears to possibly have been aimed at "a younger audience", and while there's nothing wrong with that, if you're expecting something more than fairly dull switch puzzles and patronizing (if you're above twelve) narrative you may be disappointed. biokid Well-Known Member Jul 11, 2013 931 0 0 Wop Wops #9 biokid, Nov 27, 2013 +1 The game is very easy. You switch between characters to complete puzzles with narrative between characters during each level. It is targeted towards younger audience, but still playable for adults (not recommend for hardcore gamers who are looking for challenge though). iPadisGreat Well-Known Member Dec 10, 2012 2,390 0 0 #10 iPadisGreat, Nov 27, 2013 What is The Mysterious Cities of Gold: Secret Paths? It isn't particularly difficult and in is pretty much signposted but on Christmas Day my son will be playing this when i stick it on his new iPad. I made the poor lad watch every episode in French a few years back. He'll be surprised to see they also speak English. biokid Well-Known Member Jul 11, 2013 931 0 0 Wop Wops #17 biokid, Nov 27, 2013 The English voice acting is very well done in my opinion.
