Actually, after reviewing the game preview. I agree in some areas. I'm sure the guys at Action Mobile will update it. I'm totally ok with them releasing first, then updating :)

True, I'm just happy they support my ancient device. That was also the case with Desert zombie. The iphone 4S version looked very nice but the 4G had God rays and some shadows missing. The graphics were still good though.

On another note, I'm getting this feeling this game isn't too far away from release !!

I'm totally against heavy ragdolls in games with zombies. It kills the inmersion, making the zombies look like dolls instead of creatures that want your blood and that explode with lots of blood and gore effects once defeated, effects that are missing though.
For me the perfect zombie game must have gore effects, normal ragdolls (death animations and then ragdolls when they fall when they don't explode and when they lose the head should be enough) and lots of zombies but with little life, and yes, that's the definition of the COD Zombies games. It's the best way to get frenetic battles with over the top inmersion. You shouldn't have to waste more than one clip for one single zombie, and in the trailer it looks like everything I listed is missing and enemies have an awful lot of health. More health isn't equal to harder, it's equal to more boring, and it can make a good game repetitive as hell in no time.
Don't get me wrong, the gameplay looks good, but nothing like the thing I hoped this game was going to be.

I think it's kind of hard to judge the game on 2 mins of edited gameplay video. This does not look boring imo. I think there is a lot that we haven't seen. Boss fights, narration, etc...

I have to admit, that Dead trigger was one of the nicest looking games on iOS but after 10 hours on that game. I felt it was boring. It didn't matter how good the graphics were, it just got dull and I have no desire for Dead trigger 2.

Yes, CodWAW zombies is still the best zombie game on iOS. Great atmospheric maps, that intense combat, great weapons, hell hounds. It still is amazing today. I think that game could be the highest grossing game in iOS history? Funny enough it's still in the top 200 paid apps 3 years later.

If Infected wars is even half as good as Cod zombies I will be happy.

Fair point, but I think I already saw enough of the gameplay to know that it won't match my expectations. Dead Trigger was a huge disappointment, and so far none of the "changes" for DT2 seem to fix that, so I won't hold my breath with this game.

Ragdolls and blood effects? Those are purely aesthetic. As for the high health, notice that most of the time he was getting body shots - headshots are the way to go if you want to survive, a la pretty much any zombie game out there.

This has so much that Dead Trigger doesn't: co-op MP, classes, atmosphere, variety of zombies, big environments. Give it a chance.

    Totally agree,

I was watching another preview of Infected wars with the narration which I thoroughly enjoyed. I'm really hoping this game will be all that Dead Trigger wasn't.

Basically you can't always have the blood splatter going off on every shot if there is all hell breaking loose elsewhere at the same time, the newest devices is a diff story

Wow! This looks awesome! 6.99 seems like a very reasonable price as well. Can't wait, hope we will see it this week, but at most, please no longer then next week, Apple!

I can't believe that, they can do a couple articles on that crap game Blood Masque and several articles on little puzzle type games but not on a game that will feature a cooperative campaign??? Oh we'll with almost 7500 fans on Facebook, your game is doing something right!

This! I mean, this is one of the few games (that is not a Forsaken Media game) to have any sort if co-op.
