Question: is all of this app's content taken from http://www.hookedonfacts.com/ ? Did the makers of this app have permission to do this? why wouldn't customers just go to this website rather than pay for the app? I'm confused about the whole thing.
People have the right to spend their money on whatever they want, regardless of your personal opinion in the matter. In this case, the developer created an application that apparently had a market, so his game was successful. People don't go to the website because they have the convenience of the application by tapping an icon.
Fair enough. Then let me ask another question: Do we all agree that a fact should be a statement of fact, and not a falsehood? If "fact" to everyone else but me means "a list of random, often untrue sentences copied from the internet", then I'll stop worrying about it.
