I'm *trying* to be on, but for some reason I keep getting disconnected from the server. I can't even finish a turn before getting booted. Anyone else running into this tonight? I'll keep trying.... EDIT: I'm probably going to have to give up for the night. Sometimes I can't even connect to the server at the start. When I can, it only lasts a minute or so. Bummed.
Is anyone else having the disconnect problems? I'm still getting disconnected this morning. I tried rebooting my iPad but it didn't really help. Also I have a card question. sometimes when I play the card that is supposed to let you copy the effect of a "Hero" played this turn, it doesn't seem to let me copy any card's effect. For example I played the shaman, I believe it is (gain one triangle and draw a card) and then the copy Hero card, but it didn't let me copy that card. Nor did it let me copy any card I played after that. Is this a bug, or do I not understand what this card is supposed to do?
If you have them as a friend on Game Center, and if they have Ascension (perhaps only if they've logged in at least once), then they will show up when you tap the "Open" button, or whatever it is, which is what you do to make that player a friend instead of a random opponent.
You know what? I never have either. But I've received them. (Mostly from Crex ) Might be related to the >80 friends crash bug they squashed. I'll try with my other (daniu23) CG account after this next meeting and see if I can get the Invite Friends screen to show something other than [open]

according to BGG blog there has been an ASCENSION SERVER CRASH because of 3+ million moves per day! WOW! as a result however ALL ingame friends lists are EMPTY just now. let's hope they can restore the lists soon! more info maybe on the Devs homepage
But... I never saw a populated friend list ever... even before the crash! And the crash bug I was talking about was the game crashing, they told me that there was a bug where if you have >80 GC friends then the game crashes if you go online (which was happening to me.) I'm still itching to get a tournament game going!
