This is a great game that stands out amongst the crowd. undeadcow Well-Known Member Dec 4, 2010 9,486 2 36 Houston, TX #7 undeadcow, Jul 24, 2013 I also beta tested Delta-V. Not being a big racing game game fan I was skeptical but it ended up being fun. There's a good mix of speed, environmental obstacles, opponents, and powerups. Slide your finger along the edge of the screen to steer the ship, double tap to use powerups (often weapons - projectives, mines, etc but sometimes speed boosts). The developers put a lot of work into perfecting the touch controls and they feel well designed. Level variety is good with an assortment of objectives aside from just speed. Some tracks require you to stay alive as long as possible, others you have to combat opponents. There are some really nice features, like the ability to race against "ghosts" of your Game Center friends. In beta, the enemy AI seemed easy but combined with obstacles, a good sense of "race against the clock," and friend ghosts it worked well altogether. There seemed to be a lot of content with many tracks. iANiMeX Well-Known Member Jun 10, 2011 3,106 1 38 Male Bum Philippines #8 iANiMeX, Jul 24, 2013 Finally.
