Steam sales. ouch! This is one of my most played games. Real pick-up-and-go style. But, on a smaller screen I'd be concerned about controls - the action does get "rather" busy later with a lot on screen. Maybe the iPad screen is good, but I want to know about iPhone screen. Anyway? For those who keep track of the gaming industry, Sine Mora is a Grasshoper Manufacture production, which is headed by Suda51 of No More Heroes and Killer 7 fame. I remember hearing a while back that this was coming to iOS, but I had no idea it was this soon. If it's anything like the Vita version, it will easily make it into the upper ranks of shooters on iOS. amirpro New Member Jul 28, 2012 1 0 0 #19 amirpro, Jul 13, 2013 So first you give your money, then you read the game's description and lastly you watch the trailer? Yeah, well...here you go. Stunning. Absolutely gorgeous. Hands down the most beautiful shmup I've ever played in my life and that's just by the prologue and first beginning of the first chapter. I purposely stopped playing just as soon as I hit the first boss to post impressions, and I'm just at a loss for words right now. Controls? Of course. Well, I haven't bothered checking the options menu yet, but I don't want to, to be honest. It's got the most responsive joystick controls I've come across and it makes sense why the game's like this, since you need a second hand on the "buttons" all the time. You just can't have your hand all over the screen. I'm not gonna spoil anything, but trust me...the default (maybe the only) control scheme is beyond perfect. I'll check the options after posting this and come back. What else? No in-app purchases. The screen on the iPad isn't full screen when playing...it's pretty much 16:9 and takes up 3/4 of the iPad screen with the controls below. That's good because no controls cover the gameplay. The entire thing truly feels like a console game and it's just...gah, you know what? Lemme check the options menu to see if there are alternate controls and perhaps even display options. If you're on the fence though...get it. I'll say it again. I've never played anything quite like this. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
