Don't let the guards see you or you need to restart, yet there are "other" objectives to obtain a perfect level rating. Sorry comments are so fragmented, typing and playing, example, "get the key to unlock", etc. Hope this helps, just touch to go to a spot, touch the "icon" to fulfill the action, complete the objective, and exit the level, sounds simple, but you do need to figure things out. Pretty much like a stealth game, with puzzles. Don't let the guards see you or you need to restart, yet there are "other" objectives to obtain a perfect level rating.
