You can turn on help on/off, this shows red crosses to obviously tell you not to go there (makes it a 'bit' easier !) but good if you are stuck Controls seem to be either swipes on the left or turn on 'buttons' where you then press to the left or right, above or below the main area to move. Cant decide what to use. Would have preferred a d-pad type controller but i'll keep playing to see what controls i prefer. But its a very good puzzle game, looking forward to the later levels. Love the retro style graphics as this is another example of the actual gameplay being great. Gabrien Well-Known Member Nov 24, 2009 5,148 0 36 #8 Gabrien, Jun 19, 2013 Rather good. The little extra "hop" the scrolling does after each move is rather annoying though and surely not intentional? wildperson Member May 30, 2012 6 0 0 #9 wildperson, Jun 19, 2013 Controls are great, and it definitely gives off a checkers vibe. QuickWit Well-Known Member Oct 28, 2008 548 0 0 Video Writer, Director, Producer Salt Lake City, Utah #10 QuickWit, Jun 20, 2013 This is a very nice puzzle game. Controls are simple since you only move your piece in one of four directions. The object is to make it to the exit. Along the way you have to either avoid or destroy the obstacles in your way. I actually like that sometimes you don't know what the new enemies do until you interact with them. More levels would be good, hopefully in an update. It runs the risk of being something you wouldn't pick up again after you've gone through the 60 levels, but for the price it's a fun test of your "one step ahead" thinking. Does this version have all the features of the flash version? retr0spective Well-Known Member May 24, 2011 915 17 18 Riverside, CA #12 retr0spective, Jun 20, 2013 This is a fantastic puzzle game that in terms of style and mechanics reminds me a little of Michael Brough's games Glitch Tank and Zaga-33. Gameplay is fun and offers a moderate challenge without being intimidating. I highly recommend it. QuickWit Well-Known Member Oct 28, 2008 548 0 0 Video Writer, Director, Producer Salt Lake City, Utah #13 QuickWit, Jun 20, 2013 In my first bit of playing I only did the quick "levels" I hadn't even seen the "endless" mode where you just try to go from room to room. I really like this a lot, but it seems that it's missing an overall score. Having something that measures how well you did in this mode would really make this a keeper type game. I really enjoy this mode, but have no idea if the run I just did is better or worse than the previous. All in all... a good game.
