We have different artwork for non-retina iPhones, retina iPhones, non-retina iPads and retina iPads. The SD version only includes the artwork for non-retina iPhones whereas the HD version includes all of it. The uncompressed file's still under 500 MBs. The artwork is absolutely gorgeous and if you have a retina device, trust me when I say you don't want to sacrifice any of it. What's the difference between the two versions? is the HD one for retina iPads, I've got an iPad 2 so will they both look the same on it?
Awesome! We have different artwork for non-retina iPhones, retina iPhones, non-retina iPads and retina iPads. The SD version only includes the artwork for non-retina iPhones whereas the HD version includes all of it. The retina iPad will have the most hi-res artwork however the iPad2 will still look great in the HD version ( we have both a 2 and a 4 in the office so can compare ) as it still has artwork specifically for its resolution.
If anyone's looking at the HD version and thinking "Oh crap, the download's almost 500 MB...surely this will bloat up to a gig", don't worry. The uncompressed file's still under 500 MBs. The artwork is absolutely gorgeous and if you have a retina device, trust me when I say you don't want to sacrifice any of it.

The safe dial can be fiddly, please make sure you are turning it by touching the outside edge ( ish ) area rather than the centre of it.
