Man this brings back memories! A little bit of Asteroids, Galaga, and other nostalgic shooters. Great buy and worth every penny! Might be better than Warblade, depending on long-term replayability. Sexy slick sharp neon visuals. Enemy pattern changes every level. App Store description is refreshingly honest and sincere. Pennsylvania, U.S. #16 SumoSplash, Mar 18, 2013 Wow, Danmaku 2 and now this. I am really liking what I am seeing. Definite similarities to Warblade, which is a great thing, especially in how power-ups are doled out. After 10 minutes of playing this, I can safely say this is one of the best shooters on the store. There is a very noticeable difference between the three touch sensitivity settings, with the lowest setting a little too sluggish and the highest setting too jumpy. I recommend normal. Awesome presentation, bright visuals, interesting patterns and enemies, and most importantly, great weapons and a continual supply of upgrades. Great work! Pennsylvania, U.S. #18 SumoSplash, Mar 18, 2013 Oh man! I just beat Conquest mode, which is WAY short. However, this is supplemented with a Hardcore mode, which is endless and ripe for the Leaderboards. I can almost guarantee that much more will be added to Conquest mode in the future. m44 Well-Known Member Feb 16, 2013 372 0 0 #19 m44, Mar 18, 2013 2 achievements: complete conquest, complete level 80 on hardcore. Same deal with leader boards (one for conquest, one for hardcore.) Hardcore is basically "how far can you make it with out being hit". So that one is going to be hard (even though the final boss is too easy.) Pretty good casual shmup SumoSplash Well-Known Member Sep 27, 2011 2,123 0 36 Playing iOS games, duh. Pennsylvania, U.S. #20 SumoSplash, Mar 18, 2013 Yeah, Conquest mode is too easy and Hardcore mode is a one hit and you're dead survival mode, no health boosts whatsoever, so that is tough. It would be nice to see some difficulty settings for Conquest mode if no other content is added to it. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
