I plan to get the Vita version of this game, which is supposed to have everything from the console version, so probably will skip the iOS version for now. But damn, it looks good. Impressive visuals (love the reflections especially, both on car and road!!). But a little dry gameplay wise imho. No online mp is a bummer! Rudi Well-Known Member Mar 3, 2009 523 0 16 #13 Rudi, Oct 29, 2012 Instant buy, because it has touch controls. Hopfully arrows,left/right screen. Not a strange slider. chris1a Well-Known Member Mar 10, 2010 1,335 1 0 Sweden #14 chris1a, Oct 29, 2012 Does it have a cockpit view? psj3809 Moderator Jan 13, 2011 12,972 722 113 England #15 psj3809, Oct 29, 2012 Can you just let us know about the controls please ? The touch controls, how do they work, work well ? Spaced out alright etc ? Customisable ? defred34 Well-Known Member Aug 27, 2012 1,408 0 0 Earth #16 defred34, Oct 29, 2012 Don't know. I never needed to bother with the touch/alternative controls, because the deafult tilt controls are perfect, IMHO. The best implementation of tilt I can say. Sensitive steering as well. For those wondering, there are only 2 views. Over the back or hood (front). I was hoping for a few more, but over the back does its job OK. squarezero Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Dec 10, 2008 13,716 1,240 113 Male Chief Strategy Officer Salem, Massachusetts, USA #17 squarezero, Oct 29, 2012 I'm spending my Vita cash on Assassins Creed, so the timing on the iOS version of NFS is perfect. From what I've read, the mobile version is less a stripped down console port and more of its own thing -- might be worth picking up both if you are a racing fan.
