Everyone can take part in the competition. As for the slogans, the one that's alredy been considered the best is out of the competition. The rest are still in. But remember, in order to win, your slogan has to be 'liked' more than the rest.

You are complaining? You are lucky they didn't said that former winners can't take part on this contest again. And that would be the right thing since everybody would have a chance to win. Not only you or me or any other person.
