I'm stumped too! Cigarettes hasn't appeared as a green word. I'm sure there is something I need to do to make it happen but I have no idea what.

I've asked Anna, Don and Todd all the questions they have available, Louis doesn't feel like talking to the stranger at the moment and Felicity is too busy to notice him...

 

I can't get Todd to talk about cigarettes at all, when I type it in he doesn't understand and it's not an option to select.

You have to talk to Todd and ask him about cigarettes, but he just thinks about a girl he likes. if you go to Anna, she suggests asking him the the name of the girl, so go to him and type Felicity.

Yes, you have to make her bend over by knocking down that thing next to her (a vase or something, I don't remember) and then take the picture.
