So i was doing great for awhile and now i'm stuck again. I have to get Anna's account book from behind the painting, which i think is the green one in the living room. She said something about using the key, but the only key i have is the car key, and that wont open anything. How am i supposed to get behind the painting?

I am completely stuck. Just got into town, talked to everybody, clicked everything and don't have a clue what I'm meant to do. I think I'm meant to find some cigarettes so that the stranger will give me drugs but have no idea how.
