Ok, let's start brainstorming names: 10 Million Knight (or Knights) 10-Million Man Millennium Dungeon 10k Millennium Knight EverKnight Forever Rush Rogue Dastardly Dungeon O.C. Dungeon Speed Quest Edit: Got it! Thanks to the poster above me... FINALLY FREE! Either that or Freedom Rush.
It wouldn't surprise me if it was originally intended for the game to end immediately at 10M points, and then your next run could exceed that score, hence "endless mode". I'm glad it didn't end up that way, though, because my first successful escape run I got over 18M
Finally free would be a great name! As would Millennium Dungeon, but that sounds a little too run-of-the-mill. But really, Finally Free suits the game perfectly.
Finally free would be a great name and it really makes sense when you finish the game, achieved the score and finally obtained freedom for the character and freedom from addiction lol
Nobody knew what a Xbox was, either. There are two kinds of brands/naming, those that are designed to be descriptive, and those that are designed to be distinctive. Distinctive names may not immediately tell you what they are about, but they stand out more and are more memorable, so if someone mentions them you are more likely to notice and remember them. I don't know if 10000000 is the perfect name, but yet another "Dungeon This" or "Puzzle That" isn't going to stand out at all, there is a real tradeoff.
Keep the current name. This game is good enough to make it memorable for the game's sake, and it's classy. With reviews like this, discovery is not going to be a major problem.
Making the name entirely out of zeroes and one's references binary code to me even if it wasn't intentional. Maybe binary is a purer language than English sort of from some perspectives and this suits the game because it's digital crack ... No b.s. with overly elaborate graphics, just gameplay to rely on ! Sorry if that doesn't make sense. It doesn't to me now I read it back ! Sorry, I've had a couple of beers and just ranting !
I beat the game under 2 hours of gameplay. Sadly, it was not due to my puzzle genre prowess but rather a bug. I used a coffee item right before a doorway and it glitched and my dude started running through anything and everything. NOTE THAT VIDEO HAS ENDING SPOILERS YouTube: video
It's 10 million, not a million. Anyway a millennium is a thousand years, not another name for a million. So please don't call it Millennium Dungeon. 10000000: Finally Free would be a great name for a sequel though.
Of course I know (hence 10k in one name), I just like the word. A Dungeon That name would require some humor and 10000000 is pretty meat and potatoes.
